This whole thing is not at all disparaging them…
I’m just saying that We can manipulate Our Brain🧠Chemistry in more ways then ingesting a substance.
When We say “Get High On Your Own Supply”, it’s about cultivating that inner connection, turning the dial up on Your body’s natural abilities to heal, elevate, & transcend.
We can look at everything from Fasting to Cold Exposure to Deep Meditative States, We can produce the same effects that We use psychedelics for.
All of these show that, under the right conditions, Your body can flood You with euphoria & insight from within.
Recognizing that the external substances; whether Psychedelics, Drugs, or even things like Caffeine are shortcuts to what’s already inside You.
The challenge, the real game, is figuring out how to tap into those internal resources. When You learn to harness Your own supply, You’re not reliant on anything outside Yourself.
That’s when You become truly powerful because You’re accessing those states through Your own means, on Your own terms.
In 2019 I participated in “America Meditates” at the time it was the largest Mass Meditation ever held in the US & people from like 19 other countries participated as well.
After a day of yoga🧘🏼♀️ & speakers🗣️& whatnot… We had a guided meditation with SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR
I was sober other than smoke’n some weed earlier before the even started… But I mean no psychedelics at all. During this meditation I reached a state that I have only experienced before while smoking DMT
I remember saying how “Oh She definitely ain’t getting elected with all the enlightened things She was speaking about”.

A Christian
A Muslim
A Hippy
& Some Others
All are trapped in this Tiny Home that they all believe is a container for all existence… The universe itself.
They’ve explored all the rooms & corners, every pipe in the plumbing & wire of their electricity & every other thing about their space. They all love & spend a lot of time philosophizing about existence & what it all means.
One day while They’re all talking about how much They know the answers of the universe…
The Christian says “ Hey guys❓”…
“ I just noticed after praying to Jehovah that there is a front door ”…
“ Hey guys❓”
No one hears Him because no one is listening to anything but how much they know about things…
He goes to the door & walks through it & steps outside & realizes there is more…
The Muslim… Still talking with The Hippy about how much They know says “I have to go make Salah“
After He’s finished making prayer He announces “Alhamdulillah… Allah has shown Me a door at the back of the house❓
“ Hey guys❓“
No one hears Him because no one is listening to anything but how much they know about things…
He goes to the door & walks through it & steps outside & realizes there is more…
The Hippy… Feeling like She’s heard it all before, breaks off & She goes to Her room.
She pulls out Her pipe & when She takes that 3rd hit of DMT💥 She blasts through the roof❗️
No belief or religion guiding Her.
Nevertheless… She got to the outside & realized there was more…
They All Took Different Routes & Yet All Got Outside.
It Does Not Matter How You Get There… Get There & REALEYEZ There Is More & Go Out & Explore
