The Reality Of Truth
Wake Up & Find Out.. Everything Is Relative — PERFECT YOUR PERSPECTIVE
What Does It Mean…
Black⁉️
Nooo…
No, Not in any racial or ethnic sense, but isn’t She Freak’n Adorable⁉️
No…
What Black Is Itself🤔
Has anyone ever told You that Black is the Inclusion of All Color❓
Or
Have You heard it said that Black is the Absence of All Color❓
Well… It is & it isn’t
It is
&
It Isn’t…
The answer or Truth to whether Black is the Absence or Inclusion of All Color is it’s both…
Yeah/No
No/Yeah
Depends on how You’re looking at it…
So As It So Often Is…
Perspective Is Really The Difference Maker.
How Are We looking at it❓
In a Scientific way or an Artistic way❓
Let’s break it down.
In Terms Of Light💡(Additive Color Theory):
From this perspective… Black is the absence of all color. In this context, color is created by different wavelengths of light. When You mix all colors of light (like red, green, and blue, which is how screens work), You get White.
Black happens when there’s no light—no wavelengths being reflected or emitted—so nothing is perceived. Think of a dark room where there’s no source of light; that’s black because there’s no light to be seen.
Or
In Terms Of Pigment🎨(Subtractive Color Theory):
Now from this perspective… Black is considered the inclusion of all colors. This is how it works when You’re mixing paints or pigments. If You mix all primary colors of paint (cyan, magenta, yellow), You eventually get black. In this sense, black contains all colors because pigments absorb different wavelengths of light & reflect little to none. What remains is the visual perception of Black.
So, scientifically speaking, Black is the absence of color when it comes to light.
But in the material world, like in painting or printing, Black is the result of combining all colors.
Both views are valid depending on the context.
The context determines then how We should frame 🖼️ things in order to ask the right questions in Our process trying to understand what We are looking at.
Perspective is so important & determines how You are able to SEE anything & everything.
The Visible Light💡Spectrum are the Colors that We CAN SEE.
Here… A Color served as Our 1st. example of how Truth Is Relative.
In a discussion of particle physics Einstein is actually quoted as saying...
“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
~Albert Einstein~
Some context of Schrödinger’s Cat…Or how there are fundamental elements of reality that can not be observed in their natural state because the simple act of being aware of them & observing them causes them to change states… Super Position.
So there are certain fundamental elements of existence that We literally can not SEE in their natural & neutral state of existing.
Light 💡
Exists in WAVE Form… Until You LOOK at it❗️
When observed Light collapses into a PARTICLE.
The Observer Effect
So the way or angle or from which side You observe something… or the act of observing itself is going to greatly determine how You SEE what You’re Looking at.
Also please 🙏🏽 share this with as many like minded minds as possible.
Consider This 🤔
Light💡 takes time to travel. Now for most things We are looking at, they are close enough that at the Speed Of Light💡 it virtually instantaneously arrives at Our 👀Eyes & Our 🧠Brain is really quick at processing.
However… technically We are never, ever looking at anything & SEEING it in real time. We SEE an image of the past after its light has traveled close enough for Our👀Eyes to pick up.
Here’s a cool for instance…
The Betelgeuse Star☀️ in the Orion Constellation is going or has gone Supernova💥.
It will become second to the Sun🌝& Moon🌚 for the brightest thing in Our sky & Will rival the full moon🌕 visible to the Naked👁️Eye for an estimated 3-12 months📆
The Star☀️ is 600 Light💡Years away. So it’s Light💡 is going to take 600 years to get to Us.
So It could have happened already say 580 years ago & We will then SEE it out of nowhere in 20 years. Or… It could show up in Our sky at any moment.
So mentioning Light💡
Let’s think about
Vision👀
There is a large spectrum of all forms of Light💡
The 2👀Eyes You’re familiar with work by taking in Light💡 & Our🧠Brains process that Light💡 into generated images of all that We SEE.
Everything…
Absolutely Everything You look at & see with Your Own 2👀Eyes is based off of Light💡❓
Cameras work in the same way… Although less amazingly complicated.
There is this whole BIG’ol Light💡 Spectrum.
All that We SEE is based off the “Visible Light💡Spectrum”
“The Visible”
Meaning able to be seen.
We can only see a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum known as the visible spectrum. It ranges from approximately 380 nanometers (nm) to 750 nm in wavelength.
• Violet: ~380–450 nm
• Blue: ~450–495 nm
• Green: ~495–570 nm
• Yellow: ~570–590 nm
• Orange: ~590–620 nm
• Red: ~620–750 nm
Wavelengths shorter than 380 nm (ultraviolet) & longer than 750 nm (infrared) are outside human visual perception. Some animals, like bees, can detect ultraviolet light, while others, like snakes, can sense infrared.
So…
All of what We can SEE is based off of Light💡
&
That Light💡We use to do so is based off of only the limited amount of Light💡 We can actually even perceive. & We use this Available💡Light to form a picture of Our “Reality” with Our Own 2👀Eyes.
&
We know that there is sooooo much more Light💡 out there that We only can perceive a small portion of.
Then the natural conclusion would be to surmise that there is more to existence than what We; with Our Optical👀Instruments, can perceive.
More to SEE Than What Meets The Eye
So What Is The TRUTH Of REALITY Then❓
We don’t really have a picture of what that actually means.
Since We experience the world through a narrow filter of sensory input, processed by a 🧠Brain that loves making things up, each of Us walks around in Our own personal play going on in Our heads... with a cast of characters, costumes, sets & sceneries.
We only agree on “Reality” because Our 🧠Brains happen to make similar guesses most of the time.
But that doesn’t mean what We SEE is the same as what Everyone else SEES❗️
&
What about all the things that influence how We perceive things❓ I won’t go into detail here… But life experiences & their particular outcomes - trauma - what You were taught - the totality of the information You have.
So at play is more than what We can’t SEE, but what is included in how We are Perceiving what We’re SEEING.
We could use people who are various types of “color blind” as another example… If all color is the Visible Light💡Spectrum & they don’t SEE it in the same way as the average human(Color Bilndness)
They do not SEE the world the same as the rest of Us… literally.
So We talked about human vision only registering light between ~380 & ~750 nanometers & that only being a tiny slice of the electromagnetic spectrum. Beyond Our sight, a symphony of UNSEEN waves continues without Us:
Ultraviolet💡Light
Infrared💡Light
Radio Waves
X-Rays
Gamma rays
& Other Things
All interacting with the universe… just beyond Our perception.
Food🍽️For💭Thought
• Bees see Ultraviolet💡Light, so to them, flowers look wildly different from how We SEE them.
• Snakes🐍 detect Infrared Radiation giving them the ability to sense heat patterns that We’d miss entirely.
• Dogs🐕 can hear a greater range of the Sound Spectrum.
• Bats🦇 use sound for Sonar like Echolocation
Just imagine what They are perceiving & how They SEE the world
• Radio Waves
• Micro Waves
• Gamma Rays
• Cosmic Background Radiation
They’re all around You, right now❗️
Your phone depends on them, but without technology, You wouldn’t even know any of it existed…
These are just some things We know exist.
How much more is out there… Beyond Our biological input sensors, operating unseen & unperceived❓
Now consider another sensory input…
SOUND🔊
Just like how the Human👁️Eye perceives only a small portion of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (Visible💡Light), the Human👂🏽Ear can only detect a specific range of Sound🔊Frequencies, known as the Audible Spectrum.
Sound Waves & Frequency
Sound is a mechanical wave created by vibrations traveling through a medium like air, water, or solids. These vibrations have a frequency, which is the number of waves (or cycles) per second, measured in HERTZ(Hz).
Food🍽️For💭Thought
Sound can not travel in a vacuum… So in space no one can hear You scream.
The frequency determines the pitch of a sound:
• Low frequency = deeper sound (like a bass drum)
• High frequency = higher-pitched sound (like a whistle)
Human Audible Range
Humans can typically hear sound frequencies between 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz (20 kHz).
Similarity to Light
Just as humans can’t SEE ultraviolet or infrared light, We also can’t hear infrasound or ultrasound. Both light & sound operate in broad spectrums, but the human sensory organs evolved to focus on ranges that are most relevant for communication & survival… like the spoken language frequencies for hearing, or visible colors for sight.
Below 20 Hz: Infrasound
Sounds too low to be heard, though they can sometimes be felt as vibrations. Examples include earthquakes or the rumbling of thunder.
Above 20 kHz: Ultrasound
Sounds too high for human ears. Dogs, bats, & dolphins can detect these frequencies, but humans can’t. Ultrasound is used in medical imaging & echolocation.
Why Can’t We Hear Beyond This Range❓
Anatomy of the Ear
The ear’s components like the eardrum, cochlea, & tiny hair cells, respond only to certain vibration speeds. Hair cells in the cochlea are tuned to specific frequencies, & over time, exposure to noise can damage them, especially those that detect higher frequencies, reducing the range of hearing with age or exposure to high decibel sounds.
Brain Filtering
Even if a sound is within range, the brain often filters out certain noises (like very faint sounds) to avoid sensory overload. We focus on what’s most useful for survival & communication.
Energy of the Sound Waves
Higher or lower frequencies require different energy levels to be detected. Extremely high or low sounds may not generate enough energy to stimulate the hair cells in the cochlea sufficiently.
Age-Related Changes
Humans tend to lose the ability to hear higher frequencies as they age. A condition called presbycusis. By middle age, many people can only hear up to 15,000 Hz or lower.
This biological specialization is a good example of how evolution fine-tunes perception through Your senses to environmental & survival needs.
These are only 2 of Our available limited sensory inputs Our 🧠Brains can use to try & perceive the world

& More
All go into how YOU Perceive the world.
So even when You interact with some others that have alignment in many of these aspects… close family, close friends, Etc. You can be viewing the world in vastly different ways & have conflicting & very different views of Reality.
Keep this in mind next time You have a challenging time with someone else’s ideas or opinions.
Have You
Ever noticed how two people can go through the exact same moment & walk away with totally different stories❓
It’s like going to a concert with a friend. You’re mesmerized by the drummer’s energy, but Your friend is raving about the vocalist’s stage presence. Same concert, two different takeaways. It’s not that one of You is wrong; it’s that We each SEE what resonates with Us. Truth, it turns out, isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s customized to the lens We bring with Us.
Or
Think back to a memory You share with an old friend, something that felt like a defining moment. When You bring it up, they remember it as just a fun night out, but for You, it was the start of a big change. That night, same scene, two different truths. It’s not that anyone’s lying; You both just stored the moment in Your Own way. Truth becomes personal, shaped by what each of Us was looking for at that time. Funny how the same memory can mean something totally different depending on who’s holding it.
Or
Ever been in an argument where You’re both absolutely sure You’re right❓ You’re certain they said one thing, but they swear it went down differently. It’s like trying to tune two radios at once, each person’s “truth” playing on its Own frequency. You both heard the same words but walked away with different meanings. Sometimes, it’s not about who’s wrong; it’s that We’re each hearing through Our own filters. Truth, in moments like that, is more about perspective than proof.
How About
Imagine You & a coworker sit through the same meeting. You walk out feeling tense, thinking it was super intense, while They’re shrugging, “Just another day at the office.”
Who’s right❓
Both of You are❗️
You each experienced it in Your own way. Truth isn’t just facts on a page; it’s how those facts make sense to Us personally. Two people can leave the same place with different versions of “what happened” because truth, really, is a reflection of where You’re standing.
You & a Sibling that have an age gap that grew up in the same household don’t even have the same parents… The younger sibling has a whole different set of parents that were first time parents & very young & just trying to figure everything out like with the older sibling.
Picture truth as a mirror🪞in a funhouse. The facts might be the same, but depending on the angle, the reflection changes. You might SEE something heavy in a situation, while someone else finds the humor in it. The mirror isn’t lying; it’s just showing each person Their own view. Truth is like that… Shaped by Our angle, Our experiences, Our expectations. It’s still the same mirror, just bouncing back different images to each of Us.
This is why We use things like Definitions… so We can agree on the things in Our little slice of existence We inhabit. Ever heard of “Reinventing The Wheel”❓ Well Definitions allow Us to communicate with out having to reinvent the wheel word by word while communicating.
One of Our best efforts in having common consensus for understanding Our world… which holds value in the limited way We are perceiving things.
But even Definitions are made up like all words. & Even with Definitions We can still have different interpretations. & When We add things like in todays world Definitions & Terms are being changed We can be manipulated.
True Hallucinations
Would You tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'
'That depends a good deal on where You want to get to,' said the Cat.
'I don't much care where -' said Alice.
'Then it doesn't matter which way You go,' said the Cat.
' So long as I get SOMEWHERE,' Alice added as an explanation.
'Oh, You're sure to do that,' said the Cat, 'if You only walk long enough.
“We’re All Mad Down Here” it seems
Is Anything We Think Or See Truly Real❓
Are We only perceiving a sliver of a far Grander Reality❓
Could other beings… animals, or humans on psychedelics or in other altered states of consciousness or scientists with technological equipment be experiencing entirely different worlds from most peoples perceived reality❓
If there are layers to reality that We can’t SEE or touch, how would We even know They exist❓
Are We prisoners of Our biology, wandering through life with a sensory toolkit designed for survival, not enlightenment❓
Is what We SEE & sense just the user interface… bright, shiny buttons, easy to understand icons❓
What about the underlying code❓
The Hallucination We Call Reality
“ I Woke Up
Looked Around & Found Out
Everybody Round Me Sleeping
So I Came Through Screaming
Wake Up Now❗️
Take The Red🔴Pill❗️
Stop Dreaming❗️”
~Mr. Traumatik~
What if I showed You that what You THINK “Reality” is at its core… Just A Hallucination❓
You SEE… Our senses don’t give Us the full truth. They hand Us a filtered, incomplete version of the chaos outside. A sliver of the spectrum, a whisper of sound, & a whiff of the chemicals swirling through the air. What We experience isn’t Reality in its entirety.
It’s just the tip of a cosmic iceberg, carefully edited for human consumption.
Reality Shrinks to Fit Our Limits & We live inside those constraints
Our sensory limits shape the boundaries of Our world.
Perception
A Hallucination on Repeat
Our senses don’t simply download the world as it is. No, Your🧠Brain is an artist, constantly constructing a reality from scattered, incomplete inputs. For example, seeing isn’t just about light hitting Your retina. It’s Your🧠Brain taking a wild guess about what those photons mean, based on Your past experiences, expectations, & a sprinkle of pattern recognition. That’s why optical illusions can trip Us up. Your🧠Brain’s trying to fill in the gaps with its best guess, & sometimes it’s flat-out wrong & at best it’s operating with incomplete information. It can create really cool things Your imagination💭
In other words, Your experience of the world is a Hallucination. A useful one, sure. One that helps You survive & navigate this terrestrial life… but a Hallucination regardless.
Here’s how Your🧠Brain pulls it off
Predictive models
Your brain leans heavily on expectations and past experiences to guess what’s coming next.
Sparse sensory data
It only gets a fraction of the information, so it makes up the rest.
Filling in the blanks
Motion, continuity, and even object permanence? Your brain’s best guess, not an objective fact.
The world you see isn’t some immutable truth—it’s a rendering created by your brain, designed for efficiency, not accuracy.
If Our perception is just a custom-built interface for survival… Then what else are We missing❓
What lies beyond the keyhole view of the universe that Our minimal senses provide❓
Extra dimensions❓
Physics hints at dimensions beyond the 3 we know. Entities or patterns in these higher dimensions could exist right now & We’d be blind to them.
Dark Matter & Dark Energy❓
Together, they make up 95% of the universe, but We’ve never SEEN or touched them. They influence everything around Us, but We can only detect their effects indirectly, like shadows dancing on a cave wall.
Altered states of consciousness❓
Psychedelics like Psilocybin & DMT show us that when the 🧠Brain’s usual filters are bypassed, Reality looks… different. Are these altered perceptions any less “Real”❓ What if other beings are hardwired to see things in ways We can’t even imagine?
What Else⁉️
As technology expands Our senses & altered states let Us glimpse other ways of being, We get fleeting peeks behind the curtain.
Radio🔭Telescopes showing Us the birth of stars, quantum sensors hinting at hidden particles, psychedelics offering strange, ineffable experiences in realms unseen & with entities not normally encountered.
When You pull back the curtains & look behind the blinds.
You’ll become less inclined to accept the decline of humanity.
This doesn’t have to be Your Reality❗️
It’s not a prophesied eventuality...
Or Is It❓
~Grand Schemes~
So We cracked open & exposed another glitch in The Grand Illusion.
Now We have to wake up from the Dream & SEE What lies beyond
Let’s continue to crack open more❗️
As deep as We just went…
This is only one door 🚪 opened, there are lots of rooms to be explored.
A lot remains to be understood.
If You wanna go further down…
